Summary of Deed Restrictions
- 1300 Sq feet minimum homes / 850 Sq feet minimum barn apts
- All fencing must be of new materials, 3 or 4 board of treated wood or wood
- Simulated vinyl or top board backed with no climb wire
- No above ground pools
- No swine with the exception of pot bellied pigs
- Commercial dog, goat hog poultry, rabbit or dairy farming is not permitted
- Birds,cats,dogs, livestock,poultry and household pets retained for domestic use or consumption are permitted
- No temporary or portable buildings on property but does not apply to shelters used by building contractors
- All dwellings units shall be set back at least as far as required by the County Building and Zoning Code,or any setbacks as shown on the face of the plat
- Vegetable gardens may be grown only in the Rear Yard, and the cultivation of poisonous and illegal plants is prohibited
